We'll jump right in, manage your existing vendors, create detailed timelines, and coordinate your wedding day. This service includes consultations to get up to speed on your plans, collaborative budget and to-do list creation, research and optional vendor meetings to fill any gaps, creation of a customized design board to capture your vision, detailed timeline creation for both ceremony and reception, and day-of coordination to ensure everything unfolds perfectly.

• Cost-saving tips

• Budget & "to-do" list creation

• Contract review with chosen venue

• Research and vendor meeting attendance (up to 1 meeting) for remaining vendors (optional)

Day-Of Wedding Coordination (Starting at $1595 USD)

Our Day-Of Wedding Coordination package is designed to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and flawlessly, allowing you to relax and focus on celebrating your love. This package includes the following services from a dedicated wedding coordinator, at either the Katrina or Associate level:

Pre-Wedding Support:

• Up to two consultations to discuss your vision and finalize details.

• Unlimited phone and email communication throughout the week leading up to your wedding.

• Cost-saving tips to help you stay on budget.

• A personalized timeline outlining the flow of your wedding day.

• Coordination of your wedding rehearsal.

• Confirmation of all vendor details, including delivery times and items, for a stress-free week.

Wedding Day Management:

• Unlimited hours on your wedding day to ensure everything runs according to plan.

• Expert coordination of all aspects of your wedding, including vendor management, guest assistance, and problem-solving for any unexpected situations.

• Meticulous setup and organization of ceremony and reception items, such as place cards, programs, guest book, marriage license, and rings.

• Attentive assistance throughout the day to meet your needs and ensure your comfort.

• Oversight of all wedding day deliveries to guarantee everything arrives on time and as planned.

• Ensuring the venue decor matches your vision and creates the desired ambiance.

• Guiding the wedding party to ensure they are in the right place at the right time.
